The Students for Education Reform, also known as the SFER, is the only national nonprofit supporting college students who are organizing for education reform. They believe that all children deserve access to great teachers and leaders.
The call to action is to start a chapter or donate to SFER. If you donate or start a chapter you will be helping students get a better education. These students need your help NOW; without your help, where would the students get their funds and better stuff? Your support can help SFER’s work in more places across the country and empower young leaders to improve education in their communities.

According to SFER, School systems should spend public dollars on improving instruction and effective practices that raise student achievement. All students deserve effective teachers and leaders who help them get ready for college. Parents and students should be able to select functional schools that enable students to become active, informed citizens. Current college students are the most recent graduates of the K-12 public schools. We must organize in our communities in order to bring about the changes needed for more students to be prepared and be able to pursue a college education.
