Human Rights Article 26: Right to Education

Article 26: Education shall be directed to the full development of the human personality and to the strengthening of respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms. It shall promote understanding, tolerance and friendship among all nations, racial or religious groups, and shall further the activities of the United Nations for the maintenance of peace.

Getting an education isn't just about books and grades. There are people who arent getting the right education and without the right education they wont get into a good job with better paying.

Statistics: New York (2012-2013)

Based on the data shown, the largest cause of unemployment rate is due to the fact that people don't have a high school diploma. A person can earn $10,000 more if they would have the diploma. People with some college experience but no degree make up 7.7% of the unemployment rate and they have a salary of about $39,000.

It's crucial for students to finish high school and try to have some college experience. It could help their knowledge and economic state. It's very hard for a New Yorker to live comfortable in those type of states.

As kids grow up, many of them don't learn to value the importance of education.
